Did the applicant check the box for Expedited Land Division? If so, do they
qualify and is the application subject to the Expedited Land Division
procedures beginning at EC .7900? and provide evidence for it?
☒ ☐ ☐ ☐ 5. Is the applicant using the most updated version of code and application
form?
Comments: 1) Please correct the written narrative cover page, which identifies the site as map/tax lot 18-03-06-41-
04800; the correct tax lot is 04901.

The written statement at EC 9.2760 under Frontage states: Per EC 9.2761(7) there is no
street frontage requirements for alley access lots as they are not located on a street. However, EC
9.2761(7) pertains to R-1 properties and is incorrect.

Please address EC 9.2761(10) which only provides for Alley Access Only Lots being created through a
approved planned unit development in the R-2 zone. To staff’s knowledge no PUD has been approved for
the site and staff does not see a way to create the proposed Alley Access Lots without a PUD approval.

Site Plan Requirements
Submitted Missing Incomplete N/A
☒ ☐ ☐ ☐ 6.
