We will start with the <br />latest 7/31 list of conditions recommended by Staff and go from that to state our <br />concurrences of recommended changes. <br /> <br />On behalf of the Public Works Department, the Planning Director on 7/31 made some major <br />changes in direction from the initial staff report for the hearing. We have responded to all of <br />that in this submittal. It is quite possible that staff will want to respond to some of our <br />responses – that is, respond with new evidence or argument. The applicant is not opposed to <br />that provided we can agree to a time frame AND of course that the HO agrees.
