Le'Cher and J Street, <br />LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Corporation. <br />WHEREAS: <br />A. The true consideration for this conveyance and adjustment is $7.700.00, the receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged. <br />B. Nancy L. Le'Cher, (Grantee) is the owner of a unit of land located in the southwest 1/4 of <br />Section 21, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Lane County, <br />Oregon, hereafter referred to as Parcel 2. <br />C. Nancy L. Le'Cher is the current owner of land known as Parcel 2 of Property Line <br />Adjustment Deed recorded April 23, 2024, Reception No. 2024-010995, Lane County Deeds <br />& Records, in Lane County, Oregon. <br />D. J Street, LLC, (Grantor) is the owner of a unit of land located in the southwest 1/4 of <br />Section 21, Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, in Lane County, <br />Oregon, hereafter referred to as Parcel 1. <br />E. J Street, LLC is the current owner of land known as Parcel 1 of Property Line Adjustment <br />Deed recorded April 23, 2024, Reception No. 2024-010995, Lane County Deeds & Records, <br />in Lane County, Oregon. <br />F. The purpose of the subject deed is to adjust the boundary between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 as <br />approved by City of Eugene Planning Action LA 23-11. The owners referenced in Recital B <br />and Recital D intend to reconfigure the boundary between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 using a <br />property line adjustment and Grantor intends to convey to Grantee the adjusted area. To <br />accomplish the desired reconfiguration, a single adjustment is required. <br />G. The proposed property line adjustment will be accomplished in accordance with ORS <br />92.010(7)(b); ORS 92.010(11); ORS 92.060(7) through (10); ORS 92.190(4) and all other <br />applicable statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br />1. Nancy L. Le'Cher, (Grantee/Declarant), owner of Parcel 2, and J Street, LLC., <br />(Grantor/Declarant), owner of Parcel 1, do hereby declare, grant, convey, and execute the <br />following property line adjustment: <br />
