Applicant is proposing the construction <br />of a detached duplex dwelling. No change to driveway access is proposed. <br />A copy of the application and all documents submitted by the applicant and <br />applicable criteria, are available for review at the Planning Division. The <br />Permit and Information Center (PIC) is open 12:00pm-4:00pm, Monday <br />through Friday. Copies may be obtained at a cost. As a courtesy, most <br />application materials including a site plan, as well as general information <br />about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed by <br />visiting: <br />http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval <br />criteria for the application in Section 9.8030(28) of the Eugene Code, and <br />must be received at the listed staff e-mail address or at the return mailing <br />address by 5:00 p.m. on July 19, 2024. Your written comments must include <br />your mailing address if you wish to be included on the mailing list for any <br />future notices, including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning <br />at Section 9.7200 of the Eugene Code. Following the comment period, the <br />Planning Director will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the <br />Eugene Hearings Official. It is also noted that issues which may provide the <br />basis for further appeal to the State Land Use Board of Appeals must be <br />raised in writing with sufficient specificity to enable the decision maker to <br />respond to the issue. <br />
