You <br />will find it similar to previous objections we have raised, but please note that there are <br />significant additions in response to the correspondence from the developer dated <br />March 29. <br />After the community meeting held by the developer on May 7, our neighbors are <br />increasingly concerned by the proposal. <br />As the Eugene Planning staff wrestles to interpret the recent changes to the PUD <br />process we hope you do not overlook the long-standing provisions which we count <br />upon to protect property and life. By the developer's own statements, this project is <br />not intended for affordable housing. <br />Please review the attached letter which expresses concerns of the Videra <br />Homeowners Association. A detailed analysis is also attached, including calculations <br />and images to support our concerns.
