The River Road-Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan, attached as Exhibit <br />A to this Ordinance, is adopted as a refinement plan of the Metro Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 3. Metro Plan Appendix B: Refinement Plans, Functional Plans, and <br />Other Planning Documents is amended to add the following information in alphabetical <br />order within the list of documents: <br /> <br />River Road-Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan <br /> <br />Date: 2024 <br /> <br />Adopted by: Eugene City Council <br /> Lane County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />Adopting Ordinances: City of Eugene Ordinance No. XXXX <br /> Lane County Ordinance No. XXXX <br /> <br />Adoption Date: XXX, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Section 4. The findings set forth in Exhibit B to this Ordinance are incorporated <br />by reference and adopted in support of this Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 5. Notwithstanding the effective date of ordinances as provided in the <br />Eugene Charter of 2002, this Ordinance shall become effective 30 days from the date of <br />its passage by the City Council and signature by the Mayor, or upon the date the Lane <br />County Board of Commissioners has adopted an ordinance containing substantially <br />identical provisions to those described in Sections 1-3 of this Ordinance, whichever is <br />later. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 6.
