Learn why this is important <br />[EXTERNAL Q] <br />Dear Planning Commissioners, <br />I am writing to express my deep support for the neighborhood plan that was developed over the last several years in the <br />River Road and Santa Clara neighborhoods. <br />I have never before in my adult life seen a neighborhood process occur so deliberately, with so much broad and deep <br />community involvement. Our hopes and dreams are embedded throughout this document. Hours and days and weeks <br />and years of our lives have been spent carefully considering all the details and the broad strokes.
