Should the 2095 Ohio Street address ever request
service in the future, CenturyLink will utilize the northern 7’ P.U.E. (existing and proposed) and
place a new facility for the customer at that time. Thanks.

From: Jason Goshert <jasong@sswengineers.com>
Sent: Wednesday, January 3, 2024 10:37 AM
To: Vail, Derek <Derek.Vail@lumen.com>; Evick, Brent <Brent.Evick@lumen.com>
Subject: RE: Request for Concurrence with Proposed Easement Vacation P860095

CAUTION: This email originated outside of Lumen Technologies. I do have one further question: Will my clients and their contractor(s) need to
relocate the existing drop cable to be located within the resultant continuous 7’ PUE, or would a new
one just be installed by CenturyLink within the resultant 7’ PUE if/when 2095 Ohio Street requests
service again in the future (such that the existing drop cable could simply be abandoned in place at
this time)? Thank you.

Regards,

Jason P.
