I am not <br />requesting the Metro Plan Designation map be included in the RRSC <br />Neighborhood Plan. I am providing the tax lot specific map to illustrate existing <br />planned commercial areas in RRSC. This custom map was created by LCOG based on <br />digital databases in the regional geographic information system (RLID). The map does <br />not show two small Urban Reserve areas in the northwest portion of Santa Clara or the <br />Nodal Development area at the southern end of River Road. <br /> <br />Attached is a tax lot specific Zoning Map for RRSC. I recommend that a Zoning Map <br />that is tax lot specific be inc luded in the RRSC Neighborhood Plan. The draft <br />RRSC Neighborhood Plan contains a Neighborhood Plan Map on page 6 that is a blend <br />of current zoning patterns and a vision for the future. For example, the Neighborhood <br />Plan Map shows areas as “Parks and Open Space” – this may depict the vision for the <br />neighborhood but none of the parks in RRSC are actually zoned PRO Parks, <br />Recreation, and Open Space.
