Community Commercial Neighborhood Center <br />The Community Commercial station area is also regionally accessible, as it abuts Randy <br />Pape Beltline and includes transit access; however, the existing development type is more <br />community -scale and the draw is more local. The Community Commercial Neighborhood <br />Center contains some large business sites, apartment buildings, and North Eugene High <br />School, but is largely surrounded by single-family residential neighborhoods.
