The Action Rent -All & Events development <br />site consists of 5 tax lots on the north side of River Avenue, south of Beltline and east of <br />River Road. See attached Aerial Site Plan. <br />The development site is in the River Road — Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan (RRSC <br />UFP) Subarea f. Riviera. The subarea refines the Metro Plan land use designations <br />and contains specific recommendations (later acknowledged as policies) that were <br />incorporated into the Eugene Land Use Code.
