Please add me to <br />the "Interested Parties List" to receive notice of any formal decisions. <br />I object to the proposed actions by staff to repeal the 1987 River Road — Santa Clara Urban <br />Facilities Plan (1987 RRSCUF Plan) and to adopt an entirely new plan, entitled the River Road - <br />Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan (2023 RRSCN Plan). <br />The 1987 RRSCUF Plan contains land use policies and land use designations that have provided <br />a framework for growth and development for the last 36 years. I am concerned about the adverse <br />impacts replacing this plan with the 2023 RRSCN Plan will have on my business, place of work, <br />or property. <br />I request the Planning Commissions to keep the 1987 RRSCUF Plan on the books. <br />I obj ect to the proposed adoption of the 2023 RRSCUF Plan as a refinement to the Metro Plan <br />since it does not contain any land use policies or plan designations to be used for evaluating land <br />use applications. <br />I obiect to draft amendments to the Eugene Land Use Code for land zoned C-2 Community <br />Commercial in the 2023 RRSCN Plan Area. The draft amendments will prohibit the <br />establishment or expansion of certain uses that are currently permitted on C-2.
