Existing Rental Housing <br />Out of a total of about <br />4,900 housing units in the <br />Corridor Study Area4, just <br />under half (about 2,360) <br />are likely rentals5, and a <br />little over a third (about <br />1,790) are older market - <br />rate rentals6 that are more <br />likely to be susceptible to <br />rent increases. <br />UIQer marKei-rale renial unas <br />are distributed between <br />single family, <br />duplex/triplex/fourplex units <br />and apartments, plus a few <br />mobile homes.
