Does the subdivision application ST -10 -002, with the proposed 12 units, reflect the number of
units to be constructed if the zone change goes through? For some reason I think I've heard
17 units will be built when the zone is changed to R -2.
In general, I think this process has been messy, and I realize that you have been handed a
complicated, project in mid - process. We could easily just go the route of letting it go
through, it's not in my back yard, and adjusting the MetroPlan is too big a project. But I
really think that a second look needs to be taken at this process, and concerns of the
neighborhood association and neighbors along Old Maxwell need to be considered.
Have you had a chance to visit the site? I would be happy to meet you there. We took Jon
Ruiz on a tour through River Road, and to this site, just this morning. All agreed that this
is a poor site for R -2.
I look forward to hearing from you,
thanks,
Marilyn Mohr
RRCO board member
541 - 461 -4512 home
541- 346 -1962 work
2
HO Agenda- Page10
445
