Based on the above findings and available evidence, the proposed zone change is consistent with the <br />Transportation Planning Rule. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Based upon the available evidence and the preceding findings, staff recommends that the Hearings <br />Official approve the applicant's request for a zone change for the property from R -1 Low Density <br />Residential and 1 -3 Heavy Industrial to R -2, Medium Density Residential. <br />Attachments: <br />The entire application file is available for review at the Eugene Planning Division.
