information of the applicant, the name and contact information of the City staff person <br />preparing this staff report, and a deadline of no less than fourteen (14) days from mailing <br />to reply. Prior to final PUD approval, the applicant will submit proof of the mailing and a <br />memo that addresses any response, or lack thereof, received to the letter offering a tree. <br />The applicant will also show all tree plantings required as a result of this condition, on the <br />final site plans. <br />2. The applicant will not alter the landscaping plan in a way which reduces the total number <br />of trees proposed on the site plan sheet titled Landscape Plan (sheet 17). <br />3. The applicant will provide two additional bicycle parking spaces on the final PUD site <br />plans in compliance with EC 9.6105 Bicycle Parking Standards. <br />4. The final PUD site plans and drainage details shall be modified to either meet the design <br />standards for swales, or labeled as a different facility with the appropriate design details <br />provided. <br />5. The final PUD site plans shall be modified to show that the future solid waste storage area <br />will comply with all applicable Source Control standards in the Stormwater Management <br />Manual, including cover as specified in section 3.4.2. <br />6. Final PUD plans shall include the note: "Onsite stormwater management facilities will be <br />privately owned and operated. An operation and maintenance plan will be developed <br />consistent with the City's Stormwater Management Manual, and notice of this plan will be <br />recorded during the building permit process." <br />7. A seven (7) foot wide landscape bed, meeting requirements of EC 9.6210(3) High <br />Landscape Standard (L-3 shall be shown on the final PUD site plans, for the parking areas <br />along the north and east property lines for the length of the pavement. <br />Dated this 22nd day of June, 2016.
