2020 Eugene Wastewater Master Plan Chapter 2: Study Area and Land Use 6 <br />The 2012 land areas in Table 2-1 were derived from developed land data in the Envision Eugene <br />Comprehensive Plan, Employment Land Supply Study. The 2032 land areas equal the 2012 land areas <br />plus 20 years of anticipated development. The additional developed land is estimated from two sources: <br />commercial and industrial development occurring on vacant and partially vacant land and conversion of <br />non-employment land to employment land.
