My clients own three lots on River Avenue <br />where Clemens Marina, a longtime family-owned boat dealership, is located. These three tax <br />lots are identified as Assessor's Map 17-04-13-21, Tax Lots 800, 900 and 902. Established in <br />1958, Clemens Marina is Oregon's largest aluminum boat dealer with locations in Eugene, <br />Troutdale, and southeast Portland.
