They have very substantial <br />investments in C-2 property at 121, 141 and 151 River Avenue. <br />You will have more detailed testimony from Bishow Consulting explaining why the proposed <br />code amendments to C-2 accompanying the new RRSC neighborhood plan will be devastating to <br />the business and the owner.
