River Road Santa Clara Neighborhood Page 5 of 5 Work Session: March 10, 2020 <br />Plan Project Update <br />The process includes work sessions, public hearings, and deliberation meetings with both the <br />Eugene and Lane County Planning Commissions, Eugene City Council, and Board of County <br />Commissioners. The Lane County Board of Commissioners and Eugene City Council have joint <br />decision-making authority in this project, including the following: <br /> Receive updates and provide direction to the project management team throughout the <br />planning process; and <br /> Convene public hearings, consider the Planning Commission recommendations, and act to <br />adopt by Ordinance the neighborhood plan as a refinement to the local comprehensive <br />plan. <br />A proposal for adoption should come before the Board of Commissioners and City Counsel late <br />fall of this year. <br /> <br />VII.
