<br />November 19, 2018, Work Session – Item 2 <br /> <br />from this grant, such as draft development code, will directly implement the community vision for the River Road corridor up to Hunsaker Lane, the location of Lane Transit District’s planned Santa Clara community transit station. <br />RELATED CITY POLICIES The process to develop a neighborhood plan for the River Road and Santa Clara Neighborhoods is in alignment and consistent with policy direction contained in Envision Eugene, Eugene’s Climate Recovery Ordinance, and Eugene’s Transportation System Plan.
