Willamette River Greenway Code Amendments <br />Attachment C <br />(f) For Willamette River Greenway Permit modification decisions, notice of the decision <br />shall also be provided to the Oregon Department of Transportation and Oregon Parks <br />and Recreation Department. <br />9.7665 Public Hearing Notice. <br />(5) At least 10 days prior to the hearing, written notice of the hearing shall be mailed to the <br />following: <br />(a) Applicant. <br />(b) Owner of the subject property. <br />(c) Appellant. , <br />(d) Neighborhood group or community organization officially recognized by the city that <br />includes the area of the subject property. <br />(e) Any person who submitted written comments in regards to the original application. <br />(f) Any person who requested notice of the previous decision or of the appellate hearing. <br />(g) For Willamette River Greenway Permits, public hearing notice shall also be provided to <br />the Oregon Department of Transportation and Oregon Parks and Recreation <br />Department. <br />9.7685 Notice of Decision. <br />(6) Within 5 days after the planning commission's decision is rendered, written notice of the <br />decision shall be mailed to all of the following: <br />(a) Applicant. <br />(b) Owner of the subject property. <br />(c) Appellant. <br />(d) Any person who provided oral or written testimony in a timely manner during the <br />hearing procedures. <br />(e) Any person who requested notice of the appeal decision. <br />For Willamette River Greenway Permits, notice of the decision shall also be provided to <br />the Oregon Department of Transportation and Oregon Parks and Recreation <br />Department. <br />Draft: December 1, 2022 (Minor Revisions January 20, 2023) <br />Page 17 of 25 <br />Page 35 of 43 <br />
