STAFF RECOMMENDATION/NEXT STEPS Staff recommends that the Planning Commission hold the second public hearing and review record materials and all public testimony related to the proposed Willamette River Greenway Code Amendments. Following the second public hearing, the Planning Commission will deliberate on the proposed Willamette River Greenway Code Amendments and provide a recommendation to the City Council on whether to approve, approve with modifications or not approve the proposed amendments. Planning Commission deliberations on this topic are scheduled for January 24, 2023. Following Planning Commission's recommendation, City Council will hold a separate public hearing, anticipated to be held in the Spring of 2023, before taking final action on the proposed amendments.
