As a courtesy, this <br />notice, the Hearings Official's decision, application materials, and <br />general information about the land use application process and <br />criteria may be accessed by visiting: http://www.eugene- <br />or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information <br />Unless appealed pursuant to Eugene Code Sections 9.7650 <br />through 9.7685, this Hearings Official decision will be effective <br />when the appeal period has expired. In this case, any appeal must <br />be received by 5 p.m. on October 11, 2022. Appeal procedures, <br />forms, and fee information are available at the City's Planning <br />Division or on our web site. In accordance with Section 9.7655 of <br />the Eugene Code, the Eugene Planning Commission will consider <br />any appeals of this land use application. <br />
