See Existing Site Plan. <br />Stormwater <br />The City of Eugene provides stormwater service in the area, although the majority of Hilliard Lane lacks <br />improved infrastructure, including the segment nearest the site. <br />Transportation <br />The surrounding public streets are in the jurisdiction of and maintained by the City of Eugene and Lane <br />County. The adjacent segment of River Road is classified as a Major Arterial and Hilliard Lane is <br />classified as a Local Street. Also, as noted above, Lane Transit District provides bus service in the area. <br />Solid Waste Management <br />Solid waste collection is operated by private firms (e.g., Sanipac, Lane Apex, etc.) and the site is included <br />in the franchise territory managed by the City of Eugene. <br />Water and Electric Service <br />EWEB provides water and electric service to the site. Per the existing conditions plan, existing water <br />lines, overhead utility lines, and electric control boxes are available in the abutting street rights-of-way <br />and are connected to the existing building. <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services <br />The Eugene-Springfield Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services to the site. <br />Police Protection <br />The Eugene Police Department provides police protection to the site. <br />City-wide Parks and Recreation programs <br />The City of Eugene provides parks throughout the jurisdiction. Area parks include Rosetta Place Park, <br />Rasor Park, and segments of the Willamette Greenway. Recreation services are provided by the City of <br />Eugene, along with a range of private and non-profit entities (e.g., Kidsports). <br />Land Use Controls <br />The City of Eugene provides planning and land use controls within the jurisdiction, including this site. <br />Communication Facilities <br />Several private communication providers offer service throughout Eugene. Existing telephone lines and <br />other overhead utility lines are available in the abutting street rights-of-way. See Existing Site Plan. <br />Public Schools <br />Eugene School District 4J provides public schools in this area of the community.
