A <br />Public Wastewater project was constructed around 1995-1996 by the City of Eugene. <br />Utility concurrences have been submitted indicating there is no need for extension of <br />public facilities that would necessitate the need for this public utility easement. The <br />applicant has excluded a portion of the easement in the southeast corner for the EWEB <br />utility. All existing services are in place to serve the fully built out neighborhood.
