4-APINN6, <br />WPlanning <br />April 18, 2022 <br />NOTICE OF APPEAL DECISION: <br />MAJ EUGENE POLK STREET (City File: TIA 21-2/ARA 21-14) <br />On April 13, 2022, the Eugene Hearings Official Affirmed the Eugene Planning Director's approval of <br />concurrent Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) and Adjustment Review (ARA) land use applications for the MAJ <br />Eugene Polk Street project. Eugene Code (EC) standards EC 7.420(2)(a)(1), EC 7.420(2)(b), EC 7.420(2)(e) <br />and 9.6703(3)(a), and were adjusted for the proposed development of a 7-Eleven store with eight fueling <br />stations and coffee shop with drive through service. Persons who appeared before the local government <br />orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals within 21 days of <br />the Hearings Official's decision.
