Cornerstone Community Housing <br />Zone Change (Z 22-1) <br />Final Rebuttal Materials April 21, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Page 3 <br />Historic Review Board <br />The applicant’s application for Historic Demolition (HDM 21-1), Historic Alteration (HA 21-3), and <br />Adjustment Review (ARB 21-2) approval was approved by the City of Eugene Historic Review Board (HRB) <br />on April 14, 2022. The notice of decision was issued by staff on the following day, April 15, 2022. <br /> <br />As stated in the Conclusion (Section V.) of the Final Order, the HRB approved the Historic Demolition <br />application based on demonstration of “compliance with the applicable approval criteria in the Eugene <br />Code and the factors provided by OAR 660-023-0200(8)(a).” The HRB conditionally approved the Historic <br />Property Alteration and Adjustment Review applications based on compliance with four conditions of <br />approval. Condition of Approval No. 3 requires that the zoning of the subject property be changed to S- <br />CN/HDR/MU prior to the approval of the building permit. The other three conditions are not relevant to <br />the Zone Change request. <br /> <br />The decision demonstrates that the applicant has obtained all necessary approvals to proceed with <br />demolition of the historic resource. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
