Available <br />information indicates: <br />Transportation <br />Streets- The property is accessible by Scenic Drive. Scenic Drive is considered a neighborhood collector. <br />In its existing condition Scenic Drive is a paved road with roadside ditches. Therefore, no improvements <br />are proposed by this Zone Change Request. <br />Transit -The LTD bus route 51 (Santa Clara) provides public transit to the site. <br />Water and Electric Service <br />This property is served by Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB), which provides electric and water <br />service to the site. Water service is provided via by an EWEB 8" cast iron main water line in Scenic Drive. <br />Electric service includes a 12.5 kV 3 556 AAC distribution lines in Scenic Drive. <br />Wastewater <br />Wastewater service is available via a 10" PVC line located in Scenic Drive. <br />Storm <br />Scenic Drive is a paved street with gravel shoulders therefore is not served by a stormwater <br />mainline/management system. <br />Solid Waste Management <br />Solid waste collection is operated by private firms, whose franchise territory granted by the City of <br />Eugene includes the site. Regional disposal sites are operated by Lane County. <br />Fire and Emergency Medical Services <br />Fire and emergency medical services are provided by the City of Eugene. <br />Police Protection <br />The City of Eugene provides police protection to the subject site. <br />City-Wide Parks and Recreation <br />The site is within the jurisdiction of City of Eugene Parks and Recreation under the River Road/ Santa <br />Clara district.
