Indicate means of irrigation.
Proposed irrigation methods are noted on Sheet 1-1.000 Site and Landscape Plan
(Exhibit A).
d. Show open space and landscaping proposed for open space.
Proposed open space and landscape areas are shown on Sheet 1-1.000 Site and
Landscape Plan (Exhibit A) and discussed under the findings for EC 9.8815.
e. Show size and species of existing trees on site that are 8 inches or
more in diameter at DBH (4.5 feet above ground).
Size and species of existing trees are indicated on Sheet C1.000 Existing Conditions
(Exhibit A).
5. Significant Fish and Wildlife Habitat
a. Identify any existing significant fish and wildlife habitats (as
required by Section 9.8815(5) of the Eugene Code).
The Metro Plan Natural Assets and Constraints Working Papers does not list any of the
Autzen Stadium Complex site as a significant vegetation and wildlife area. The adopted
Eugene Goal 5 Water Resources Conservation Plan identifies Patterson Slough as a
'Wetland Designated for Protection' and 'Riparian Corridor Designated for Protection'
(Goal 5 Water Resource Conservation Plan, Section IV, Map 13). Resource site E42-B is
associated with the riparian corridor. Resource sites WKZ-IA and WKZ-1 B are
associated with wetlands. The /WR Zone identifies site E42-B as a category'C' stream
and applies a 40-foot conservation setback from the top-of-bank. The /WR Zone
identifies sites WKZ-1A and WKZ-1 B as category'A' wetlands and applies a 50-foot
conservation setback from the jurisdictional wetland boundary. Goal 5 Water Resource
site boundaries and applicable conservation setbacks are shown on Sheet L0.000
Autzen Stadium Complex Overall Site Plan and Sheet 1-1.000 Site Plan (Exhibit A).
Other than Patterson Slough, no area within the Autzen Stadium Complex site could be
considered significant and the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) has not
made any subsequent identifications.
b. If applicable, show the specific locations of these habitats on the
site plan.
CAMERON MCCARTHY 14
