As a <br />resident homeowner in the Westside-Jefferson Neighborhood for 28 years, I am well aware of the risks already endured <br />by pedestrians and bicyclists attempting to cross the intersection during peak traffic hours. <br />I appreciate that our city planners have attempted to address and prevent these safety issues with specific requirements <br />(EC 9.6703,EC 7.420(2)(e), EC 7.420(2)(b), EC 7.420(2)(a)1) that the submitted application does not meet. <br />Please do not allow these functional zoning requirements to be circumvented. <br />Thank you, <br />Joni Dawning <br />936 Taylor <br />
