I'm not sure, but it appears the 300' range was just from tax lot 19100, and should have been from tax lot <br />18400, as well. <br />Also, the first notice didn't even appear to show a "star" on tax lot 18400 or include the proposal for a 5- <br />unit apartment, even though that's also part of the TIA application. <br />Finally, only FOUR, not FIVE, dwellings would be allowed on tax lot 18400 because that lot is within the <br />scope of the LCDC order restricting the City to enforce the MDR density maximum of 28.56 du/na.
