k Notice of Decision on a Land Use Application Request IT ~ For property located at 25 Knoop Lane City File Name/Number: CARYN AND TODD GILLEN (LV 21-6) On September 1, 2021 the Eugene Planning Director approved the lot validation application noted above. The lot vali- dation process allows lots that do not meet the Eugene Code definition of a legal lot to be validated. A lot can be vali- dated if it could have met the Eugene Code lot standards at the time a deed was signed creating the lot, and meets the Oregon Revised Statutes in Section 92.176. Validation only creates a unit of land with legal boundaries recognized by the City, it in no way partitions or subdivides land. A copy of the application, decision, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and appli- cable criteria are available for review at the Planning Division and may be obtained at a reasonable cost. This notice, the Planning Director's decision, application materials, and general information about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed by visiting http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information Any person who is adversely affected or aggrieved by this decision, or who is mailed this written notice, may appeal the decision and pay an appeal fee in accordance with procedures set forth in ORS 227.175(10)(a). The Planning Director's decision will be effective on the 13th day after notice of decision is mailed. In this case, any appeal must be received by 5 p.m. on September 15, 2021. Appeal procedures, forms, and fee information are available at the City's Permit and Information Center or on our web site. In accordance with Section 9.7055 of the Eugene Code, the Eu- gene Hearings Official will consider any appeals of this land use application.
