Select the <br />"2021" folder to find Ordinance No. 20658. <br />The City Council's decisions to adopt Ordinance No. 20658 is final at the local level. Persons <br />who appeared, either orally or in writing, in the City's formal proceedings leading to adoption of <br />the ordinance may appeal the City Council's decisions to the Oregon Land Use Board of <br />Appeals. Appeals to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals must be filed within 21 days of the <br />City Council's decision.
