A copy of the application <br />and all documents submitted by the applicant and applicable criteria, are available <br />for review at the Planning Division. Copies may be obtained at a cost. As a <br />courtesy, most application materials including a site plan, as well as general <br />information about the land use application process and criteria may be accessed <br />by visiting: http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information <br />Any written comments should be directed toward the relevant approval criteria for <br />the application in Sections 9.8680 and 9.8030 of the Eugene Code, and must be <br />received at the listed staff e-mail address or at the return mailing address by 5:00 <br />p.m. on September 14, 2021. Your written comments must include your mailing <br />address if you wish to be included on the mailing list for any future notices, <br />including notice of decision, on this application. <br />The applicant's request will be reviewed under Type II procedures beginning at <br />Eugene Code Section 9.7200. Following the comment period, the Planning Director <br />will issue a decision which may then be appealed to the review authority specified <br />by EC 9.7055. Issues which may provide the basis for further appeal to the State <br />Land Use Board of Appeals must be raised in writing with sufficient specificity to <br />enable the decision maker to respond to the issue. <br />
