EXHIBITA <br />NOTICE OF EUGENE CITY COUNCIL DECISION <br />Neighborly Ventures Right-of-Way Vacation <br />City File No. VRI 20-1 <br />July 16, 2021 <br />On July 12, 2021, the Eugene City Council adopted Ordinance No. 20656, an Ordinance vacating <br />Slocum Drive, Songbird Loop, and public utility easement. The adopted ordinance approves <br />vacation of the Slocum Drive right-of way, Songbird Loop right-of way and the associated public <br />utility easement. The ordinance was signed July 14, 2021 and will be effective August 14, 2021. <br />For more information, visit: <br />https://pdd.eugene-or.gov/LandUseZSearchAppiicationDoc ments?fileVRI 20 0001 <br />The vacation was adopted by Ordinance No. 20656. To view the ordinance visit www.eugene- <br />or.gov/cityrecorder Go to "Quick Links" and click on "Ordinances." Select the "2021" folder to <br />find Ordinance No. 20656. <br />The City Council's decision to adopt Ordinance No. 20656 is final at the local level. Persons who <br />appeared, either orally or in writing, in the City's formal proceedings leading to adoption of the <br />ordinance may appeal the City Council's decisions to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals. <br />Appeals to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals must be filed within 21 days of the City <br />Council's decision.
