July 15, 2021 <br />VIA EMAIL <br />Althea Sullivan <br />Senior Planner <br />City of Eugene <br />99 West 101h Avenue <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 <br />ASuIiivan@eugene-or gov <br />Re: A20th Row House Subdivision (ST 20-6) <br />Letter Satisfying Condition #8 of Tentative Subdivision Approval <br />Dear Althea: <br />This letter shall serve as confirmation that Eastmark Capital Group, as developer of the A20th Row <br />House Subdivision (ST 20-6), shall develop the project and buildings in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the Geotechnical Investigation Report dated March 4, 2021, as prepared by <br />Troy Hull P.E., G.E. of Earth Engineers, Inc., in accordance with EC 9.6710(6)(b). <br />The Geotechnical Investigation Report (the "Report") has been provided to the project Architect, <br />Shoesmith Cox Architecture, as well as the project Structural Engineer, Lund Opsahl, and both <br />parties have taken into account all recommendations of Earth Engineers as outlined in the Report <br />in the design of the project. <br />Please contact me if this letter is insufficient in satisfying Condition #8 of the Tentative Subdivision <br />Approval for the A20th Row House Subdivision (ST 20-6). <br />Sincerely, <br />EAST CAPI L GROUP <br />Sean M.
