Jones, recorded in Rook <br />4420 Page 61,.Lane County Oregon Deed Records, said <br />parcel being all that portion of the said property <br />lying within a strip of land 50.0 feet in width and <br />in 50.0 feet on the westerly aide of County Road <br />No. 200, now cammonly known as the River Road and <br />being a State secondary hig;iway, the centerline of <br />which is described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of <br />County Road No. 1113, Charles Knoop Road, where the <br />same intersects the centerline of the State secondary <br />(River Roa , said point being northeast corner of <br />County ay N©. 58$, it being accords to said <br />survey 45.52 chains East of the Southeast corner of <br />the Joseph Ogle Donation Land Claim No. 43, in Town- <br />ship 17 South# Range West, Willamette Meridian, and <br />runni thence North 8+ 25• West along said centerline <br />174,2 feat to a point.
