EGR & Associates, Inc. 2535B Prairie Road 2535B Prairie Road Eugene, OR 97402 Eugene, OR 97402 Subject Property: The subject property is identified as all that portion of Mill Alley that (1) lies between Lots 1 and 2 of Block 15; and south of the south margin of East 5th Avenue; all as shown on the original plat of the City of Eugene; and (2) northeast of the northeast margin of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way that runs diagonally through said lots and alley. Said alley to be vacated is bordered on the West, North, and East by Lot 8 of the plat of Town Run [Tax Lot 02400 of Tax Map 17-03- 32-22, Lands of the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Eugene]; and bordered on the southwest by the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way. The alley lies within the city limits and is undeveloped except for an existing sewer main that lies in a north-south direction along the approximate centerline of said alley. Proposal: Request for approval of vacation of the 14.00' wide alley as shown on the original plat of the City of Eugene as described above. Reserving therefrom, unto the City of Eugene and any of its agencies, an easement for wastewater purposes within the entirety of the vacated area. Overview: The subject alley was created with the recording of the original plat of Eugene City in 1852. The alley has never been developed and has been used by the adjoiner over the years as though it was part of his/her property.
