Currently, several chapters are <br />complete, including the Economic Development chapter. Therefore, the Economic element of the Metro Plan is <br />no longer applicable, per Ordinance 20584. It would be very helpful if you could address the following policy <br />areas in Envision Eugene: 3.18 Multimodal Freight Accessibility, 3.19 Industrial Land Preservation, and 3.22 West <br />Eugene Employment Areas.
