NEIGHBORHOOD/APPLICANT MEETING NOTICE <br /> <br />INVITATION <br />To <br />NEIGHBORHOOD-APPLICANT MEETING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Neighbor: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend a meeting to discuss a proposed Metro Plan Amendment and Zone Change in <br />the Whiteaker Community Council neighborhood of Eugene. The properties (1400 Cross Street and 1325 <br />Railroad Boulevard) are zoned Light Medium Industrial (I-2) with a portion of the 1400 Cross Street property <br />having the Site Review (/SR) overlay. No development or use is identified at this time. This is merely a plan <br />amendment and zone change. <br /> <br />The site is located west of North Polk Street, northeast of Railroad Boulevard, and south of Cross Street. The <br />property is entirely within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and is annexed. The site is 4.62 acres and has an <br />existing industrial business at 1325 Railroad Boulevard and one retail business at 1400 Cross Street that will <br />remain. <br /> <br />As <br />neighbors to review our plans and share information regarding the proposal. <br /> <br />WHAT: Meeting to review a <br /> preliminary proposal for <br /> a Metro Plan Amendment and <br /> Zone Change of 1400 Cross <br /> Street and 1325 Railroad Blvd. <br /> <br />WHO: Property owners and residents <br /> in the surrounding area, and <br /> the neighborhood association. <br /> <br />WHEN: January 23, 2020 from 5:30 <br /> PM to 7:00 PM <br /> <br />WHERE: Stellaria Room at the Barrow <br /> 150 Shelton McMurphey Blvd <br /> #104, Eugene, OR 97401 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The application has not been submitted to the City yet.
