NEIGHBORHOOD/APPLICANT MEETING NOTICE <br /> <br />INVITATION <br />To <br />NEIGHBORHOOD-APPLICANT MEETING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Neighbor: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend a meeting to discuss a proposed Metro Plan Amendment and Zone Change in <br />the Whiteaker Community Council neighborhood of Eugene. The properties (1400 Cross Street and 1325 <br />Railroad Boulevard) are zoned Light Medium Industrial (I-2) with a portion of the 1400 Cross Street property <br />having the Site Review (/SR) overlay. No development or use is identified at this time. This is merely a plan <br />amendment and zone change. <br /> <br />The site is located west of North Polk Street, northeast of Railroad Boulevard, and south of Cross Street. The <br />property is entirely within the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) and is annexed.
