The western portion (original lots 500 and <br />600) is zoned S-DW Downtown Westside Mixed Use Special Area Zone with an /SR Site Review Overlay. <br />The remaining eastern portion is zoned C-2 Community Commercial with an /SR Site Review Overlay. <br />(See attached RLID report.
