2. Percent of coverage. The main building and accessory buildings <br />located on any building site or lot shall not cover in excess of thirty <br />. <br />(30) percent.of the lot.area. <br />' <br />F. BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Front Yard. Front yards shall not be less than fifteen (15) <br />feet deep nor less than the depth provided under Section )VI, F.,l.,c. : <br />and Section %%V. A garage attached to or made a part of the main <br />building with the entrance on the front of the property shall have ai <br />set-back from the front property line of not less than twenty'(20) feet. <br />2. Side 'yard. On interior lots and the interior side of corner <br />lots there shall be a side yard on each side of the main building of <br />not less than three (3) feet. Accessory buildings located less than <br />seventy (70) feet from the front property line shall conform to the <br />side yard requirements. On corner building sites no main building <br />shall be closer than ten.(10) feet to the exterior side line and no <br />accessory building closer than twenty <br />(20) feet thereto or as may be <br />_ <br />established by Section M. <br />3. Rear Yard. There shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty- <br />five (25) percent of the lot depth, but such rear yard need not exceed <br />thirty (30) feet for interior lots near twenty (20) feet for corner lots. <br />` <br />Accessory buildings of one (1) story or a maximum of fifteen (15) feet <br />41 <br />in height may occupy not over fifty (50) percent of the required rear yard...' <br />. <br />Accessory buildings in.-'excess of-one story or in excess of fifteen (15) <br />~ ' <br />feet in height, and built seventy _(70) feet or more from the front <br />property line shall have a setback_from the side and rear property lines <br />of not less than twenty (20) percent of the lot width but not necessarily: <br />more than twenty (20) feet. A garage constructed with the entrance on <br />the alley shall have.a'minimutn setback of fourteen ,(l4).feet from"the <br />alley center line. <br />G. VISION CLEARANCE <br />1. Vision clearance on corner lots:.shall be _a minimum of twenty <br />(20) feet. <br />2.
