PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT <br />PUBLIC WORKS REFERRAL RESPONSE <br />Date: March 8, 2006 <br />To: Michelle Kimble, Planning Division <br />From: Deanna Kreger, Engineering Division <br />Application: LA06-10 Spider LLC <br />Public Works has evaluated the proposed property line adjustment in accordance with <br />Eugene Code Chapter 9, as noted below. <br />9.8405 Applicability <br />• The adjustment does not meet the definition of reconfiguration. <br />• The final configuration does not create the need for a private easement. <br />9.8415 Criteria <br />• There are no outstanding city liens/assessments of record to date. <br />• The final configuration does not violate applicable codes, with respect to plumbing code <br />requirements for individual connections to each parcel. <br />9.8420 Post-Approval <br />• The owners are responsible for recording a deed with Lane County, reflecting the location of <br />the new property boundary. <br />• The respective owners are responsible for meeting survey and monumentation requirements <br />of ORS. <br />
