Planning EXHIBIT A <br />NOTICE OF DECISION: <br />On Remand by the Land Use Board of Appeals for Lombard Apartments <br />(City File Numbers: WG 18-3/SR 18-3/ARA 18-8; LUBA No. 2018-118) <br />January 3, 2020 <br />On December 30, 2019, the Eugene Planning Commission took action to amend its previous approval of <br />concurrent applications for a Willamette Greenway Permit, Site Review, and Adjustment Review in <br />response to a remand from the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA). (City File Numbers: WG 18-3 <br />/SR 18-3/ARA 18-8/City File Name: Lombard Apartments). LUBA's remand required the Planning <br />Commission to recalculate maximum net density for the development by excluding the proposed leasing <br />office from the acreage used to calculate net density. As a courtesy, the amended final order, general <br />information, and reference materials for this land use application may be accessed by visiting: <br />http://www.eugene-or.gov/3208/Land-Use-Application-Information <br />The Willamette Greenway Permit, Site Review, and Adjustment Review, as amended and approved by <br />the Planning Commission's, grants approval for the development of up to 93 multiple-family dwelling <br />units on the subject property, a 3.59-acre undeveloped site located at the northern terminus of Lombard <br />Street and situated between River Road and the Ruth Bascom Riverbank Trail in Eugene, Oregon. <br />The decision of the Eugene Planning Commission is final. Persons who appeared before the local <br />government orally or in writing may appeal the decision to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals within <br />21 days of the Planning Commission's decision.
