Statement <br />Zone Verification is requested to confirm that the "Drug Treatment Clinic - Non-residential" use is not permitted on this <br />site because such use would conflict with the plan designation as Medium Density Residential (MDR). <br />As a comprehensive plan "Residential' designation, the MDR designation allows only "Neighborhood Commercial <br />Facilities," which the Eugene Land Use Code implements as the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial Zone, and which is <br />encompassed to a limited degree under explicit provisions in Table 9.2740 Residential Zone Land Uses and Permit <br />Requirements. In addition, the Eugene Land Use Code implements certain specific C-2 uses under explicit provisions of <br />that same table.
