Notice of Eugene Planning Commission Public Me <br />-EXHIBIT A A <br />Date: December 30, 2019 at 5:30 pm <br />Location: Sloat Room-Atrium Building; 99 West 10th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401 <br />File Name/Number: Lombard Apartments (WG 18-3/SR 18-3/ARA 18-8) <br />This is a courtesy notice to all interested parties that on December 30, 2019, the Eugene Planning Commission will meet to consider and <br />potentially take action in response to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals' (LUBAs') remand of the Planning Commission's conditional <br />approval of the Lombard Apartments Site Review, Adjustment Review and Willamette Greenway Permit applications (City File Numbers: <br />WG 18-3/511 18-3/ARA 18-8). The Planning Commission will not hold a public hearing. No written or oral testimony will be accepted. <br />The Eugene Planning Commission conditionally approved a proposed 94-unit multiple housing development located on undeveloped <br />property off River Road, at the northern terminus of Lombard Street. The Planning Commission's decision was appealed to LUBA and then <br />to the Oregon Court of Appeals. LUBA remanded the Planning Commission's decision, directing the Planning Commission to recalculate <br />maximum net density for the development by excluding the proposed leasing office from the acreage used to calculate net density. <br />The Planning Commission will meet at 5:30 pm on December 30, 2019 in the Sloat Room of the Atrium Building, at 99 West 10th Avenue, <br />Eugene, OR 97401, to consider the application on remand. You are welcome to attend the meeting or watch the live webcast, but no <br />testimony will be accepted by the Planning Commission (in writing or in person). The remand is limited to a single issue and only requires <br />the Planning Commission to revisit the net density calculation.
