Map: 17- <br />04-11-41, 17-04-11-44, TL 09100, 09101, 09200, 09300, 00200, 00300, 00400, 00501, 00601, <br />00602, 00800, and have no objections to the proposed land-use action assuming the following <br />comments and conditions are required to be addressed by the applicant prior to obtaining <br />electric, water, and/or Fiber services from EWEB. <br />General Comments: <br />Utility services for development are provided in accordance with EWEB policies and procedures <br />which are available at our main office or online at http://www.eweb.org/policies. <br />Electric Comments: <br />EWEB electric has overhead distribution lines on the east side of River RD and underground <br />distribution lines on the north side of Green LN. EWEB is currently working with the city and <br />LTD to resolve any conflicts those lines have. Contact EWEB's Building & Renovation services at (541) 685-7086 to <br />arrange for a new water service. <br />EWEB Water recommends the developer contact the Fire Marshall concerning fire protection <br />requirements for building permits. <br />EWEB water does not allow installation of any water facilities under proposed "rain gardens" or <br />any open drainage structure within the right-of-way.
