Transportation facilities shall be located <br />and constructed to standards at EC 9.6505 and EC 9.6800 through 9.6875, <br />unless otherwise specified herein. In the event of a conflict between <br />standards, the specific standards at EC 9.3160 shall control. <br />(2) Transportation Network. The Street Connectivity Standards at EC 9.6815 <br />do not apply in the S-DR Zone.
