Ordinance Exhibit A <br />(132) Signs. Signs shall conform to standards specified at EC 9.6670 Central <br />Commercial except as identified at EC 9.3185(3)(0 for the S-DR/CL <br />subdistrict. <br />(143) Pedestrian Circulation. The provisions of EC 9.6730(3)(c) do not apply <br />within the S-DR Zone. <br />(164) Public Structured Parking. One percent of the total cost of the-a public <br />parking structure must be used to include public art as a component of the <br />parking structure. Public art used to comply with this standard shall be <br />located on the exterior of the parking structure. Compliance with this standard <br />shall be demonstrated at the time of building permit. <br />(165) View Corridor Requirements. View <br />corridors shall be provided in those areas identified on Figure 4. 9.3155(3) <br />in addition to compliance with <br />other applicable standards of the S-DR Zone,. View corridors shall be a <br />minimum 40 feet in width, shall be in alignment with public rights-of- <br />way, and shall be unobstructed by buildings or structures except a <br />permitted at EC 3155(66)~.a <br />`a) Sky bridgespedestl inn walkways, and °im laF elements that G ` Gt <br />(176) Prior Developed Areas. The standards and requirements at EC 9.4900 <br />through EC 9.4980 do not apply to prior developed areas pursuant to EC <br />9.4920(5) as identified on Exhibit 9D (to Ordinance No. 20513} <br />(17) Stormwater Quality Control Standards. The Stormwater Quality Control <br />standards at EC 9.6792(3) are not applicable in the S-DR Zone. The <br />following standards apply, instead: <br />(a) For land use applications proposing the construction of a public or <br />private street, stormwater facilities shall be selected from the <br />Stormwater Management Manual and may be sized to also treat <br />some or all the stormwater runoff from future development on lots <br />adjoining the street. <br />(b) Applications for a development permit shall comply with <br />subsection (c) below at the time of development permit application <br />unless the applicant has entered into an agreement with the City of <br />Eugene demonstrating that a stormwater facility approved <br />pursuant to (a) will treat all of the stormwater runoff from the <br />development being proposed by the applicant. <br />(c) An application for a development permit that is not exempt under <br />subsection (b) above including an application pertaining to a <br />development that is subject to an agreement with the City of <br />Eugene demonstrating that a stormwater facility approved <br />pursuant to subsection (a) above will treat some, but not all, of the <br />stormwater runoff from the proposed development: <br />1. Shall include stormwater quality facilities selected from the <br />Stormwater Management Manual based on the following <br />priority order: infiltration, filtration, off-site stormwater quality <br />management. <br />Page 12 of 62 <br />{0031735014} <br />
